Chat management

Chat is the fastest way to teach the receptionist about your business. Everything you write, she remembers and uses on calls — no complicated settings.

What can you do in chat?

🧠 Remembering information

Write services, prices, opening hours — and she knows it on every call.

Our camera "SecureCam" costs £129.
🔗 Website

Send a link — the receptionist opens it, reads it and remembers it herself.

Send me this page: https://your-company.co.uk
⏰ Temporary notes

"We're closed today", "sale until Friday" — they expire by themselves when the time passes.

We're closed today until 2pm. Valid today.
📦 Orders and appointments

Set how you want to receive orders and book appointments.

We confirm orders by phone within an hour.

How does remembering work?

The receptionist understands natural language — no special commands or syntax needed. You write as if you're messaging a colleague. She recognises the intent and remembers:

  • Company information — description, opening hours, contacts, address
  • Products and services — name, price, description, details
  • Rules — how to receive orders, how to book appointments
  • Temporary notes — with a validity date

Edit everything in the Company tab

Everything the receptionist remembers is saved to your company database and shown in the Company tab of the app. You don't have to re-teach her through chat to fix a mistake — you can review, edit, correct or delete anything she learned, directly from the Company tab:

  • Company information — change the description, opening hours, phone, email or address
  • Products and services — correct a price, edit a description, delete an item you no longer sell
  • Temporary notes — extend, shorten or remove a note before it expires
💡 Tip: Typed a wrong price in chat? No problem — open the Company tab, tap the product and correct it there. The receptionist uses the corrected value on every call from then on.

Temporary notes — in detail

For notes that apply only for a while, clearly state the period. Examples:

From Monday to Friday we're open until 6pm.
This weekend we have a sale: all cameras -20%.
We're closed on 1 and 2 January.

The receptionist remembers from when until when the note applies and uses it only during that period. After it expires, it's automatically forgotten.

💡 Tip: For permanent information (e.g. regular opening hours) use the Company tab in the app — temporary notes are for things that change.

Frequently asked questions

What if I write something wrong?

Write "delete that" or "forget it" and repeat correctly. The receptionist understands corrections.

Can customers see my chat messages?

No. Chat is your private management channel. Customers only talk by phone.

Can I send an image in chat?

For now information is entered as text or a website link. Support for price-list photos is planned.

🚀 Don't know what to write? Check the Company tab in the app — everything the receptionist has remembered is shown there, so you can see what's still missing.
