Quick start
From zero to your first call in less than a day. Here's exactly what you need to do, step by step.
Step 1 — Get in touch & choose your plan
Ordering is simple — just send us a short message via the contact form or email hello@recello.co.uk: tell us which plan you'd like and a little about your business. We reply within 1 working day with your secure payment link — no sign-up forms, no ID uploads. Every plan is protected by our 14-day satisfaction guarantee .
Step 2 — Complete your company profile
In the Company tab add the basic details:
- Company name and a short description (what you do)
- Opening hours
- Contact phone, email and address
- Services and products with prices (if you have them)
You can add everything later too — the receptionist can start working with the basic details. Everything you later teach her through chat lands in this same tab, where you can review, correct or delete it at any time.
Step 3 — Send your website link
In chat write e.g.:
Recello will open the page, read it and remember the services, prices and company information. See the chat guide for details.
Step 4 — Connect your business number
The number is the heart of the system — customers call it. A UK number is included with every plan — we provision it via our partner DIDWW and set it up for you. Prefer your existing number? You can forward it instead.
Step 5 — Make your first test call
Call your number and talk to the receptionist:
- Ask her about opening hours and prices
- Tell her: "I'd like to order a camera" — and check Company tab → Orders
- Say: "book an appointment for tomorrow at 10am" — and check Company tab → Appointments
