Orders and appointments
Recello can take orders and book appointments completely automatically, during an ordinary phone conversation. You just review the list and confirm.
How does a customer order?
- The customer calls and says e.g. "I'd like to order a camera" or "I want to order an installation".
- The receptionist asks a few short questions: which product, quantity, name and contact.
- She repeats the order to the customer for confirmation.
- She immediately saves the order to the database — without you doing anything.
How does a customer book an appointment?
- The customer says e.g. "I'd like a service appointment on Friday".
- The receptionist checks your opening hours and suggests available slots.
- The customer confirms the day and time, and the receptionist saves the appointment.
Managing in the app
In the Company tab there are two cards:
- 📦 Orders — a list with statuses: New / Confirmed / Completed / Cancelled. Tap an order to change its status.
- 📅 Appointments — a list of booked appointments, also with statuses.
You can also add an order/appointment manually — e.g. when a customer orders by message instead of by phone.
Setting rules in chat
Want different rules? Write them in chat and the receptionist will follow them on calls:

Frequently asked questions
What if the customer doesn't know exactly what they want?
The receptionist asks a couple of simple questions. If even then she's not sure, she suggests leaving a message or calling back later.
Do I get notified when an order arrives?
Orders appear in the app immediately, and you get a free push notification on your phone the moment a new order is placed — even if the app is closed.
Can customers cancel an appointment over the phone?
Yes — the receptionist recognises a cancellation and updates the appointment, and you see the change in the app.
