Call history with conversation transcripts. See what the customer asked and how the receptionist answered.

The Company tab — in detail
The Company tab is your command centre:
- Company information — description, opening hours, phone, email, address, website
- Services and products — a list with prices and descriptions, by category
- Temporary notes — notes valid until a date (e.g. "we're closed today")
- Orders — a list with statuses, manual adding, changing statuses
- Appointments — booked appointments with statuses
Everything the receptionist learned through chat or from your website is saved here — and you can edit or delete any of it at any time. A wrong price taught in chat? Correct it directly on the product. A temporary note that no longer applies? Remove it. Changes apply to calls immediately, without re-teaching her in chat.
How to add a product or service?
Three ways:
- In the Company tab — add the name, price and description manually.
- Through chat — write e.g. "add a service: camera installation, £50" and the receptionist will enter it.
- With your website — send the link and she extracts products and prices herself.
Sign-in and users
The app can be used by the business owner and employees you give access to. Employees can use chat and manage orders and appointments, while the owner also manages the company profile and users.

How do I sign in?
You receive an invitation from the business owner or register with your business email. If you have issues, contact us.
Where do I see what the receptionist remembered?
Everything she remembered is shown in the Company tab — services, prices, information and temporary notes.
Do I need a special device?
No — the app works on any smartphone (Android and iPhone).
